Travelling Thoughts…

Everyone of us travel daily to some or the other place. Some are short trips while other are longer…

We come across so many incidents and many of us just let it be as our mind is preoccupied by so many thoughts… As many of us feel while travelling if we aren’t working on anything , then it is best time to think of your favorite subject and enjoy.. Due to this process some feel happy as they think of all happy thoughts… Few get upset as they are worrying of something or other… These are people who get more affected if any unwanted incident is seen… As happy people are anyway happy and find some reasonable reason behind the incident…

So, for those who feel upset or depressed while travelling, try and learn from incidents. Like, if you come across any accident and you see injured people, get out and try and help them… If you see any fight happening in front of you, give an attempt to distract them if you cannot solve it. It will help to calm down the situation by anyhow… If you see any poor person begging or starving for food, do stop by and help him or her.. If you see any child labor, stop by and ask him whether he had his meal?? What about his clothes?? How he manages, as in my country even if I raise voice to stop chil labour, it wount at one shot. We should try but also ask these questions as it will make them feel, someone cares for them too… Like this there are so many incidents which happens around. Go out and offer them help in best possible way…

You know what, this will eliminate all your negative thoughts and your mind will be free to think for solution of your worry because when you genuinely help someone you try to be in their shoes for a while and that is the point where you realize their bit of pain… Which makes you feel better afterwards as you helped someone with your hesrt and you feel more blessed that you are at better State than them and we should be thankful at that moment… Always look for people or situation  which is more worsen than yours and then see this magical feeling called healing process… 

“Better to be a helper as there are already so many criticizers”….
